In 2018, a group of police officers, firefighters, and software engineers came together to solve a common problem: public safety agencies were being left behind in the digital transformation revolution. While other industries modernized, first responders were still relying on paper logs, spreadsheets, and outdated software.
We started with evidence management, building a system that understood chain of custody wasn't just a feature—it was a legal requirement. From there, we expanded into scheduling, fire reporting, and surveillance intelligence, always with the same philosophy: build tools that work the way first responders actually work.
Today, Guardian Grid Ops serves over 500 agencies nationwide, helping them save time, ensure compliance, and focus on what matters most: protecting their communities.
